David S. Weinstein to Provide FCPA Enforcement Update in FFTA Presentation

Hinshaw's David S. Weinstein will present a Lunch & Learn program at a meeting of the Florida Foreign Trade Association (FFTA) on January 16, 2020. Titled "Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Enforcement Update: DOJ Continues to Revise its Corporate Enforcement Policy," the presentation will address changes made by the Department of Justice to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Corporate Enforcement Policy and discuss the potential impact these changes will have on businesses with international operations.
