Lauren Campisi and Brian McGrath Lead Panels on Key Litigation Developments and New Rules of Borrower Engagement at the Mortgage Bankers Association's Compliance and Risk Management Conference

Hinshaw partners Lauren Campisi and Brian McGrath will present at the Mortgage Bankers Association's Compliance and Risk Management Conference, taking place September 28–30, 2025, in Washington, D.C.

On September 28th, Brian will participate in a panel discussion titled "Key State Cases and Bankruptcy," which will focus on recent litigation developments and their impact on the industry.

The following day, on September 29th, Lauren will speak on a panel titled "Calling, Collecting, Complying—The New Rules of Borrower Engagement. " The panel will highlight key regulations in mortgage servicing, such as the FCRA, TCPA, and FDCPA, and their effects on borrower communication, collections, and compliance risk.
