Women’s Bar Association of Illinois Honors Hinshaw with the 2024 Top Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Legal Employer Award

The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is proud to announce that the Women's Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI) has honored the firm as its 2024 Top Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Legal Employer Award recipient. Hinshaw is scheduled to be recognized with other honorees at the WBAI's 2024 Top Women Lawyers, Legislators, & Legal Employers in Leadership Awards Gala on November 13, 2024.

The DEI Legal Employer Award seeks to recognize law firms, companies, or legal organizations that demonstrate "an ongoing commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession." The award focuses specifically on organizations committed to establishing an inclusive work environment, recruiting diverse individuals in the legal profession, and leading diversity improvements in the legal community, especially in advancing and empowering women, including women of color.

Hinshaw was the only firm to receive the DEI Legal Employer Award this year.
