Eduardo Cruz represents businesses and individuals in litigation involving product liability, insurance coverage, and premises liability. Eduardo goes the extra mile to ensure a thorough investigation and analysis for his business clients.

During law school, Eduardo was a member of the Cuban American Bar Association E-Board and was the senior notes and comments editor for the University of Miami's International and Comparative Law Review.

Before joining Hinshaw, Eduardo developed his skills while clerking for the Chief Magistrate Judge of the District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Most recently, Eduardo clerked at a firm in South Florida, where he assisted in representing large corporations involving a wide array of commercial issues.

Personal

Eduardo was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He is of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent and is a lifelong fan of the Miami Dolphins. He enjoys any activity involving sports or the outdoors, and he is also a plane enthusiast who hopes to get his pilot's license soon.
