Neal Kojima has over two decades of insurance coverage experience and has authored hundreds of coverage opinions and advised carriers on several high-profile claims. His experience includes general liability claims, environmental coverage disputes, and construction defect matters. Neal also has served as carrier defense counsel in complex matters both at the state and federal levels.
Neal has experience in first-party, third-party and inter-insurer actions for contribution, subrogation, and declaratory relief. Carriers regularly look to him for coverage analysis, reservations of rights, mediation support, claim and trial monitoring, as well as settlement advice.
