Mariam G. Chubinidze

Mariam Chubinidze is a financial services attorney who focuses on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy-related matters, including both liquidations and reorganizations. She represents a wide range of creditors, including national and regional financial institutions and loan servicers, in both state and federal proceedings. Her practice also extends to commercial litigation, where she advises clients on navigating complex legal challenges.
