Adam Pullano is an accomplished litigator with a diverse background representing managed care organizations. With over a decade of legal practice spanning both coasts, he brings a unique perspective and track record of developing innovative solutions to complex legal challenges. His primary focus lies in providing comprehensive support to health plans and healthcare networks, particularly in cases involving bad faith, provider and member disputes, and related investigations.
Adam's experience is further amplified by his analytical acumen honed through a background in science and investigative work. Combined with his experience in complex commercial disputes, he is equipped to adeptly navigate cases with intricate or nuanced facts. He leverages his deep understanding to effectively communicate and skillfully cross-examine experts, providing a strategic advantage for his clients.
Adam's professional journey includes a prestigious clerkship at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, where he supported multiple district judges, including the Honorable Judges Birotte, Gee, Fischer, and then-Chief Judge Phillips. This experience sharpened his ability to handle a wide spectrum of civil matters before, during, and after trial.
Before joining Hinshaw, Adam practiced at an international law firm and a Southern California litigation boutique. He worked on matters including securities, false advertising, real estate, and insurance coverage disputes, as well as contracts, consumer fraud, emerging technologies, media and entertainment, and professional liability disputes.
Before attending law school, Adam served on the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs within the Investigations unit, reflecting his longstanding commitment to analytical and investigative work.
