Anju Suresh represents and advises clients in a wide range of corporate transactions and legal disputes, with a particular focus on contracts, employment law, privacy, and compliance.
As a business lawyer, Anju approaches every transaction strategically, aiming to mitigate risk, maximize opportunities, and deliver practical, results-oriented solutions. Her experience extends to contract drafting, review, and negotiations, corporate governance, and general business counsel. Whether advising on day-to-day operations or structuring complex deals, Anju ensures that her clients are well-positioned for long-term success while protecting their valuable assets.
Anju works with clients in diverse industries, including technology, entertainment, healthcare, financial services, retail, and other service sectors. With a deep understanding of the complexities unique to these industries, she provides tailored solutions to businesses of all sizes, from startups to established enterprises.
In addition to complex transactional work, Anju routinely represents clients in commercial litigation, managing disputes related to contract breaches, intellectual property, personal injury, and other high-stakes commercial matters.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Anju practiced with a Minnesota-based law firm. Anju's background further includes working in the legal department for one of America's leading retailers as a corporate extern.

In her free time, Anju enjoys trying out new restaurants and taking her dog, Johnny Boy, on long walks. She is also a trained Indian classical dancer, and currently dabbles in ballroom and Latin dancing.
