Benjamin Black is a civil and insurance defense litigator who represents insurance carriers and corporate clients in cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, unsafe property conditions, and other personal injury claims.

Benjamin graduated from USC Gould School of Law in 2024, where he received the Peter D. Knecht award for excellence in contract and entertainment law.

Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys travelling, hiking, playing chess, and spending time with his family.
