Brian Nussbaum concentrates his practice on real estate law, assisting business clients of all sizes in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. He also counsels clients on a wide range of business and commercial transactions.
Additionally, Brian has extensive experience helping businesses across various industries navigate general corporate and regulatory matters.
Prior to law school, Brian worked as a credit manager for a multinational financial services company.

Brian was a former Academic All-Conference collegiate basketball player and a member of the 2012-2013 Team USA Maccabi Pan-Am basketball team that won a gold medal in São Paulo, Brazil.
Community/Civic Activities
Brian is a board member of the Gilmore Family Foundation, an organization that raises money for children with rare and undiagnosed diseases.
He is also the co-founder of Team Up, NFP. Team Up is a nonprofit company that offers youth sports programs and life skills development for children in the south suburbs of Chicago.
