Clint W. Chase

Clint W. Chase is a seasoned litigation attorney focused on insurance defense, real estate, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex cases involving trucking accidents, premises liability, construction defects, wrongful death, and real estate disputes in state and federal courts. His practice also encompasses mediation and arbitration.

Clint’s background includes serving in-house at an insurance agency, where he handled defense strategy, managed multi-million-dollar claims, and oversaw cases from intake through trial. He also operated his own private law practice for ten years.

While in law school, Clint participated in the Innocence Project legal clinic, helping to overturn wrongful convictions through research, case analysis, and collaboration with defense teams.

Clint is a third-generation Texan with deep roots in the state. His family has owned property in Concan, Texas, on the Frio River for over 60 years, where they continue to spend time together. In his free time, Clint enjoys swimming and cycling.
