Dominic M. Zumpano

Dominic Zumpano defends the interests of a wide variety of clients in all phases of financial services litigation nationwide. He handles complex disputes and compliance matters in both federal and state court, including claims involving the following and related statutes:

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Dominic defended high-profile employers in Illinois Workers’ Compensation matters, consistently delivering favorable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

During law school, Dominic was a judicial extern for the Honorable Eve M. Reilly in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. He also served as a publications editor for the University of Illinois Chicago Law Review, was a member of the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Council, and worked as a student attorney for UIC’s Trademark Clinic.
