Eric Giglio handles legal disputes involving business and financial services litigation. He is experienced in dealing with a variety of state and federal consumer laws, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), as well as class action claims.
While in law school, he was a member of the dispute resolution team and also competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
