Glenn Goldby is admitted to practice in California and Arizona and is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates. For over four decades, he has established a reputation for his work defending public and private entities, insurance carriers, and individuals in complex, catastrophic, and high-exposure litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, bad faith, product and premises liability, and construction defects.
He also represents businesses in a variety of commercial disputes, including contract breaches, trade secrets, and non-compete agreements. Glenn remains personally involved in all aspects of litigation through trial and has handled a number of successful appeals, three of which resulted in published appellate opinions.
