James T. Ferrara

Jim Ferrara is a highly experienced civil litigator with over three decades of practice in Florida. Having served as a Circuit Court Judge in Florida's 15th Judicial Circuit for Palm Beach County, Jim is able to address his clients’ legal problems by applying his extensive knowledge of the law in a manner tailored to them and their businesses. With his pragmatic approach and understanding of the costs of litigation, clients see Jim as an indispensable partner in their business and litigation strategies.

His practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, encompassing construction law, contract disputes, insurance matters, and property and real estate litigation. Jim has personally handled more than 60 state and federal trials, both with and without juries, and has represented clients before the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Florida's District Courts of Appeal, and the Florida Supreme Court.
