Jennifer Kalas is a litigator whose practice focuses on consumer and class action matters, as well as life, health, and disability ERISA litigation in Indiana and Illinois. She has extensive experience in handling ERISA and bad faith litigation cases in various states such as Florida, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Arkansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. Her ERISA practice includes managed care claims related to commercial payor disputes regarding underpayments and denials based on medical necessity. Jennifer represents both in-network and out-of-network providers in these disputes. Additionally, she handles matters involving auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death litigation, and bad faith insurance disputes. She is experienced in employment litigation and general tort defense, including wrongful death and asbestos litigation.
