Lenore Benessere defends clients in personal injury actions, focusing on suits involving New York Labor Law, premises liability, construction accidents, toxic torts, products liability, and motor vehicle accidents. With her extensive experience in complex tort and general casualty, she devises carefully crafted legal strategies to achieve effective legal solutions.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Lenore litigated premises and motor vehicle accident cases for one of the nation’s largest energy companies. She was also national co-coordinating counsel for a Fortune 500 company, overseeing the defense of product liability actions pending in multiple jurisdictions.
While in law school, Lenore completed public sector externships, including at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
