Mackenzie Herman defends clients in personal injury, wrongful death, and commercial litigation cases.

Her experience includes an externship with the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida, where she gained valuable insight into civil and criminal federal rules and procedures. She also completed an internship at the Florida Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Tampa, Florida, where she developed an understanding of state-level court proceedings.

In 2024, Mackenzie was a summer associate with Hinshaw. While in law school, she served as an associate member and digest writer of Stetson Law Review, an associate member of Stetson Business Law Review, and graduated as a Senior Ambassador.

A Tampa native, Mackenzie attended H.B. Plant High School. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking along Bayshore Boulevard, discovering new music, traveling, and trying new restaurants around town.
