Madeline Huerta represents individuals and businesses in litigation, focusing on matters involving personal injury and property damage. She leverages her experience in all stages of the litigation process to provide clients with tailored solutions from intake to resolution.
Before joining Hinshaw as an associate, Madeline was a law clerk with the firm. As a law student, she gained a variety of experiences, interning with the Natural Resources Defense Council, GE Transportation, and a Chicago-based civil litigation firm.
During law school, Madeline was involved in several associations and activities. In addition to serving as the managing editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review, Madeline was the editor-in-chief of the Chicago-Kent Journal of Environmental and Energy Law. She was also the Student Bar Association's vice president and an active member of the Environmental Law Society.
