For more than two decades, Mark Heinish has represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters. A majority of his career has been devoted to handling insurance defense and complex litigation within the areas of construction defect and community association liability matters. Mark's background further includes professional negligence and malpractice cases and commercial and real estate litigation.

In addition to counseling local, national, and global insurers, Mark's clients have included a wide range of professionals—from architects and engineers, to attorneys, accountants, and title agents. He has also worked with condominium, homeowners', and cooperative associations, as well as real estate brokers and agents.

With his extensive litigation experience, Mark is involved in all phases of the process. He not only works to ensure his clients are informed from intake to resolution, but also that the solutions provided align with their business needs and goals.

Before joining Hinshaw, Mark bolstered his legal knowledge and experience with firms throughout Florida. Most recently, he served as litigation counsel for a global leading commercial property and casualty insurance company. Mark began his legal career as a legal research assistant for Metropolitan Dade County's Consumer Protection Division.
