Molly Litchfield represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters.
Molly’s experience includes an externship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, where she gained valuable insight into bankruptcy laws and regulations. She also interned with in-house counsel in the automotive industry, focusing on consumer finance and regulatory matters.
In 2023, Molly was a summer associate with Hinshaw. While in law school, she served as a research assistant in both civil procedure and consumer law, and held a teaching assistant position as well. She was a founding member of the Consumer Law Society, a member of the Moot Court Board, and the articles and symposia editor for Stetson Law Review.
