Nicholas Ajello focuses his practice on aerospace and aviation. He represents air carriers, component manufacturers, maintenance facilities, and air traffic control operators in cases involving air disasters, wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage claims. Nick represents clients in federal and state courts throughout the U.S. and counsels on matters arising from incidents in Canada, South America, and Europe.
During law school, Nick served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Nick is originally from Long Island, New York but has since relocated to Chicago, where he lives with his wife and their dog, Marty. In college, Nick was a four-year member of the Wesleyan University men’s varsity lacrosse team that reached the NCAA Final Four.
