Sharonda Roberson handles complex consumer financial litigation and compliance matters. She holds the designation of Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), highlighting her proficiency in privacy and cybersecurity regulations. Her extensive experience includes conducting regulatory risk assessments, implementing data governance strategies, and developing internal policies to ensure compliance.
She began her legal career in civil litigation, developing a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy and dispute resolution before transitioning to an in-house counsel role. As in-house counsel, she advised company management on consumer financial services and regulatory compliance.
In addition to her legal practice, Sharonda is deeply committed to advancing the legal profession through service and leadership. She serves as a director of the Dallas Bar Association and is president-elect of the J.L. Turner Legal Association, the African American bar association for Dallas, Texas. She will assume the presidency in 2026, focusing on leadership development, community engagement, and increasing diversity in the legal field.
