Steve Hench’s practice focuses on the aviation and aerospace industries, including the defense of commercial airlines, parts manufacturers, and maintenance facilities in cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage claims. He has extensive prior experience in the transportation sector, including litigation and regulatory enforcement work at the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Steve's background in mass tort defense strengthens his ability to help clients respond to complex, multi-claim litigation involving aviation and product-related matters.
