Tiffany M. Wagner

Tiffany Wagner draws on her prior experience in business and plaintiff-side employment law to provide strategic defense counsel for her clients. She represents clients in litigation, including personal injury, product and premises liability, insurance, and other business disputes.

Before joining Hinshaw, Tiffany began her legal career as a paralegal at a boutique family law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. She later worked as a contract administrator at The Walt Disney Company and then practiced law at a Los Angeles-based law firm.

In law school, Tiffany was a law clerk at an invitation-only Entertainment and the Arts Legal Clinic, assisting small business owners, producers, writers, and other creatives with contracts and legal advice. She served as editor for the Journal of International Media and Entertainment Law and vice president of the Entertainment Law Society. Tiffany also externed for two Los Angeles law firms and a small production company, focusing on business and entertainment law, contracts, and intellectual property.

Outside the office, Tiffany can often be found at the barn, likely spoiling her leased horse, Winnie, with too many carrots. A lifelong horse lover, Tiffany grew up riding Western and now trains at a hunter-jumper barn in the San Francisco Bay Area.
