Vanessa V. Pisano

Vanessa Pisano represents mortgage lenders, servicers, and investors in complex civil litigation arising out of alleged wrongful foreclosure, mortgage fraud, and predatory lending. Well-versed in all phases of litigation, Vanessa's clients rely on her experience to protect their interests and to advocate on their behalf when facing claims of negligence, breach of contract, fraud, and violations of consumer protection statutes.

Vanessa also represents companies, artists, producers, and others in the entertainment industry in connection with a wide variety of matters including licensing, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate transactions, copyright and trademark infringement, and intellectual property litigation. In addition to entertainment industry clients, a portion of Vanessa's practice involves collaborating with cannabis entrepreneurs and other professionals. She helps clients navigate the licensing process and also represents them in legal disputes to ensure their interests are protected and their goals are achieved.
