Biography
Her area of practice is general litigation.
While in law school she served as a student attorney for the Intellectual Property Legal Aid Clinic where she focused on registering trademarks and patents in both the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Puerto Rico Trademark and Trade Name Office. In addition, she was member of the Children’s and Adolescents’ Rights Pro Bono Practice, whose purpose is to educate adolescents and children about their rights in order for them to obtain greater access to justice.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude and obtained the Faculty Grand Prize, which is awarded to the graduate with the highest overall GPA. Additionally, she received recognition from the Puerto Rican Bar Association for being the student with the highest academic index at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
In 2020 and 2021 Ms. Sagardía-Deliz worked at McV as a Summer Associate.
