Biography
Her practice focuses on general litigation matters.
Prior to joining McConnell Valdés in 2022, she worked as a law clerk to the Hon. Raúl M. Arias-Marxuach, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Before that, she worked as a law clerk within the litigation department of another San Juan law firm.
While in law school, she served as a student law clerk to the Hon. Daniel R. Domínguez at the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and was an Associate Director of Volume 87 of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review. She also participated as a student attorney in the Environmental Law Clinic, where she advised environmental nonprofit groups on processes before administrative and judicial forums.
She co-authored with Professor Luis Muñiz-Argüelles the 2016-2017 Puerto Rico Supreme Court term analysis for Property Law, Análisis del Término 2016-2017: Derechos Reales, 87 Rev. Jur. UPR 482 (2018), and wrote an article for In Rev, the Law Review’s digital arm, titled La Universidad como señorío propietario: Las APPs y la solvencia económica de la UPR, 1 In Rev UPR 1936 (2018). She also served as a research assistant to Mortgage and Notary Law Professor Lourdes Quintana-Lloréns.
