Docking Bancshares, Inc. Deal Closes, Stinson Acts as Legal Counsel

Docking Bancshares, Inc., parent company of Kansas-based Union State Bank, recently completed their acquisition of Midland Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, Midland National Bank. The transaction was announced on October 21, 2019 and closed on December 31. At closing, the acquisition brings Union State Bank’s total asset size to more than $475 million and adds five additional Kansas branch locations.
