Stinson Attorneys Serve as Legal Counsel in Community First Bank Acquisition Deal

Stinson LLP Partners Nate Van Emon and Greg Johnson served as legal counsel to Community First Bank, based in Butler, Missouri, in its pending acquisition of Lead Bank’s Garden City branch located at 200 North Third Street, Garden City, Missouri 64747. Consummation of the branch transaction is subject to certain closing conditions, including approval by the required regulatory authorities. The parties expect to complete the transaction in the second quarter of 2021.
