Stinson Represents Stearns Bank Holdingford National Association in Sale

Stinson LLP recently served as legal counsel to Stearns Bank Holdingford National Association, based in Holdingford, Minnesota, in its pending sale to Canadian-based VersaBank. The transaction is valued at an estimated $13.5 million and will widen the scope of VersaBank’s services to the United States. Closing of the acquisition is subject to regulatory approval in both the U.S. and Canada.
