Stinson Serves as Legal Counsel to OakStar Bancshares Acquisition

Springfield, Missouri-based OakStar Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for OakStar Bank, announced on November 20, 2020 it will acquire First Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for Community First Bank based in Kansas City, Kansas. The transaction is pending final regulatory and is expected to close in 2021.

Stinson attorneys involved on the matter include Bob Monroe and Greg Johnson.
