Doan, Hatfield Recognized by Missouri Lawyers Media as Top 100 Attorneys in the State

Stinson LLP Partners Kirk Doan and Chuck Hatfield have been named to the Missouri Lawyers Media Top 100 POWER List featuring the top attorneys in Missouri and bordering metropolitan areas.

The Top 100 POWER list features attorneys who have been selected to this publication's POWER Lists, a regular feature that recognizes the practitioners who lead and influence parts of Missouri's legal community. The list was compiled by the publication's editorial team from POWER List profiles published in the previous 12 months.

Doan, recognized on the 2023 POWER List featuring the top health care attorneys, works with the business side of the health care industry, assisting clients in matters relating to practice acquisition, hospital contracting and construction, business operations and regulatory compliance. In addition to representing medical practice businesses, Doan represents physicians and surgeons, dentists and pharmacists. He is also a member of the firm's real estate and public finance practice group, focusing on commercial financing, construction, loan closings, workouts, title examinations, zoning and foreclosures.

Hatfield, recognized on the 2023 POWER List featuring the top appellate attorneys, is considered to be one of the most preeminent government-related litigators in the state. He has over 25 years of experience litigating and negotiating high-profile cases primarily involving government action and relations and is influential in shaping how proposed laws and constitutional amendments are presented to the public. Hatfield has handled more than 20 major cases before the Missouri Supreme Court, including constitutional challenges and cases related to Missouri's initiative process. He regularly appears before trial and appellate courts at both state and federal levels. He is also a 2022 Missouri Lawyers Media "Lawyer of the Year" honoree.
