Matt Moderson Selected to Ingram's 2024 40 Under Forty
Stinson LLP Partner Matt Moderson has been selected to Ingram's 40 Under Forty Class of 2024. Moderson was selected for his leadership skills, successful track record, achievements within his legal practice and his commitment to community involvement and service.
With nearly a decade of experience, Moderson represent businesses and individuals in complex financial, commercial and construction disputes. His practice encompasses areas such as business torts, financial services and construction matters in courts and arbitrations across the country. He has collaborated with executives and employers on noncompete matters and advocated for clients in breach of contract, tortious interference and breach of fiduciary duty cases.

A life-long Kansas City resident, Moderson is deeply committed to serving the community. Moderson is an active volunteer and former Board Member of the Newhouse Shelter, an organization that offers safe shelter and support for men, women and children fleeing domestic abuse in Kansas City. He also actively supports the mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and was recognized as a candidate for the esteemed Kansas City Visionary of the Year award in 2022. Last year, Moderson was selected by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce as a member of its Centurions Leadership Program Apex Class of 2025, a two-year leadership development program preparing emerging leaders for their role in shaping the future of Kansas City.
Ingram's 40 Under Forty is a signature recognition program for young executives, professionals and community leaders under the age of 40 in the Kansas City region. Candidates considered for the program have shown outstanding achievement and promise in the areas of ethics and integrity, leadership skills, achievement in business, entrepreneurship, executive-level managerial status, are members of professional affiliations and associations and have been appointed to boards and commission, and have an exceptional commitment to community service.
