- Leading loan enforcement proceedings, including out-of-court negotiations, lawsuits, mediations, arbitrations, and bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
- Pursuing foreclosures and replevins, obtaining temporary restraining orders, actions to pursue guarantors and deficiency judgments, and addressing post-judgment remedies.
- Providing strategic insight into the pursuit, defense or participation in real estate focused receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, voluntary and involuntary bankruptcies, and other insolvency proceedings.
