Stinson Partners Micah Revell and Aalok Sharma Recognized as Up & Coming Attorneys by Minnesota Lawyer

Stinson LLP is excited to announce that Partners Micah Revell and Aalok Sharma have been selected as 2022 Up & Coming Attorneys by Minnesota Lawyer. Revell and Sharma were selected by judges, bar groups and fellow attorneys for their work, leadership and community service in the first 10 years of their practice.

Valued by clients for his common sense, resolution-oriented approach, Revell guides developers, financers, independent power producers, utilities, and electric cooperatives through the development and operation of renewable energy assets such as wind, solar and storage facilities. He has advised clients on construction, offtake, and regulatory issues for projects nationwide and regularly counsels on broader sustainability and renewable energy issues. Revell has served as pro bono counsel for multiple conservation organizations on a wide array of land use and environmental law issues and also dedicates significant time and energy to the broader legal community as member of multiple bar associations focused on energy and natural resources.

Named a 'Leading Entertainment and Sports Lawyer of the Next Generation', Sharma regularly counsels sports businesses and technology companies on matters relating to the future of sports, including esports, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), Web 3 technology, sports tech, legalized sports wagering and integrity. He has supported clients in all phases of litigation, including significant motions before state and federal courts and is co-chair of the Sports Section of the American Bar Association's Forum on Entertainment and Sports. Beyond his practice, Sharma has dedicated significant time to the community and has served in leadership roles within the Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Minnesota Zoo Foundation, the Sports Lawyers Association and the Minnesota Twins Baseball Club Community Fund.

"Aalok is an accomplished lawyer. He has developed both a sports practice and litigation practice.
