Stinson Represents VisionBank in Sale

BOTS, Inc./VisionBank, based in Topeka, Kansas, recently announced its pending sale to Community Bancshares, Inc./Community National Bank, based in Seneca, Kansas.

Stinson served as legal counsel to BOTS, Inc./VisonBank and The Capital Corporation of Leawood, Kansas served as financial advisor.

VisionBank is an independent, locally-owned bank serving Topeka, Overland Park, and the surrounding regions in Kansas. Founded in 1984, Community National Bank offers a wide array of financial services at their four bank locations in Seneca, Tonganoxie, Basehor and Sabetha, Kansas. The combined assets are estimated to be near $800 million and the sale is anticipated to close before the end of the fourth quarter of 2021.
