TJ Homan

Prior to joining the firm, TJ worked as an associate at another Kansas City law firm where he assisted clients on a variety of complex commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, construction, leasing, financing and corporate structuring. He also represented clients in acquiring, managing and disposing of asset portfolios, and purchases and sales of multifamily, commercial, industrial and office buildings across the country.

TJ also brings experience overseeing over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions at a major financial services company as underwriting counsel. There, he focused on complex deals involving multifamily, industrial, and office buildings across the country, and also served as a commercial escrow officer for over 1,000 transactions.

During law school, TJ gained valuable legal experience working as a law clerk at the Missouri Court of Appeals' Eastern District. Additionally, he honed his legal skills as a summer associate at a personal injury law firm in Kansas City.
