Overview
Kristina is of counsel in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group. Her practice encompasses a broad range of workplace issues including workers’ compensation. Kristina has significant experience representing both public and private employers in administrative law matters before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Industrial Commission of Ohio, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, the Ohio Employment Relations Board and other government commissions.
Kristina also has considerable experience with collective bargaining matters, employee handbook drafting and review, Title VII discrimination and retaliation and intentional tort litigation. She also has experience drafting and reviewing compliance documents and third-party agreements as well as ensuring compliance with federal labor and wage regulations and industry-specific laws and regulations.
Kristina received her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. She received her B.A. from Kent State University.
