2025 Workers' Compensation Client Briefing

Vorys hosted the 2025 Workers' Compensation Client Briefing on September 12 at The Athletic Club of Columbus.  This complimentary event featured sessions covering the most important developments in Ohio workers' compensation, including drug testing and rebuttable presumption, catastrophic claims, VSSRs and updates to case law, statute and rules.  Jim Anderson, executive vice president of Infoquest, gave a presentation, titled "Surveillance 101."
