2016 Central Ohio InfoSec Summit

Vorys attorneys Heather Enlow-Novitsky and Chris Ingram were speakers at the 2016 Central Ohio InfoSec Summit on March 30, 2016. Their presentation was titled “Cybersecurity Act of 2015 and Other Hot Privacy and Cybersecurity Topics.” Their session provided details on the new law and its requirements, as well as addressed the current threat landscape, summarized existing data security laws in the U.S., discussed the new EU cyber directive, continued impact of the Safe Harbor decision and tips and tricks for compliance.
