2024 OWBA & OWBF Annual Meeting: Finding Common Ground

Eve Stratton, of counsel in the Vorys Columbus office, joined a panel at the 2024 Ohio Women's Bar Association And Foundation's Annual Meeting on April 12.  The panel was titled "Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Demise of Jury Trail."  The panelists discussed the backlog in the civil trial system and provided an overview of a variety of creative mechanisms available to litigants as alternatives to a civil jury trial and addressed the pros and cons of each.
