67th Annual Oil & Gas Law Conference

Vorys Partner Tim McGranor was a moderator at the 67^th Annual Oil & Gas Law Conference hosted by the Institute for Energy Law on February 18, 2016.  His panel was titled “Comparative Analysis of State Preemption and Home Rule Jurisprudence Affecting U.S. Shale Play.”   The session addressed local governments regulating or prohibiting shale development, trends and emerging issues.
