6th Law of Shale Plays Conference

Vorys Partner Kristin Watt participated in a panel at the 6^th Law of Shale Plays Conference hosted by the Institute of Energy Law on September 11, 2015.   Her panel was titled “Environmental Issues in the Shale Plays” and they provided an overview of the fast moving status of environmental statutory, regulatory, and case law as it applies to the Shale Plays across the country.
