ABA/IPT Advanced Property Tax Seminar

Vorys attorney Nicholas M.J. Ray spoke at the American Bar Association Section of Taxation and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation’s Advanced Property Tax Seminar on March 24.  His panel session was entitled, ‘Tax Jurisdiction Challenges to Assessments’ and discussed which jurisdictions may be involved in an appeal, how jurisdiction participation can impact the presentation of an appeal and tactics for combating third party attempts to dispute the value of a property.
