Vorys Partner Scott Ziance presented a webinar titled “An Introduction to HB233 Downtown Redevelopment Districts” hosted by Heritage Ohio on June 8, 2016.  He discussed tax increment financing and focusing on Ohio downtowns and opportunities including assistance in funding downtown managers as well as investing in building rehabilitations.
