Franchise Law Seminar

Vorys attorneys Herb Hedden and Judy Marsh were speakers at the Franchise Law Seminar hosted by the Ohio State Bar Association on May 13, 2015.  The seminar discussed the nuances of the federal and state franchise/business opportunity laws with an emphasis on representing Ohio-based franchisees from the time of purchase to dispute resolution, the overview and history of the FTC Rule and Ohio’s Business Opportunity Law.
