The MAP Map: Navigating Minimum Advertised Price Policies and Other Resale Issues

On June 8, 2018, Partner Daren Garcia participated in the American Bar Association’s The MAP Map: Navigating Minimum Advertised Price Policies and Other Resale Issues event. The panel discussed legal and economic issues related to minimum advertised pricing policies, including legal risk, and enforcement issues.  The panel also discussed other best practices and risks in establishing pricing and distribution policies.
