WELD Columbus New and Renewing Member Breakfast

On July 25, 2018, Vorys Associate Sachiyo Isoda Peterson spoke at the WELD Columbus New and Renewing Member Breakfast event, In Our Shoes. Peterson was one of four panelists in the program. Panelists discussed the following topics based on ‘walking in their shoes’:

• the traits in leaders, mentors and sponsors emerging professionals seek
• how to garner respect and lead teams as a younger team member
• the advantages/disadvantages of staying longer at a company, in a job or in a career
• how to successfully engage in the community as an emerging professional and how to gain credibility
