ABA Midyear Tax Meeting

Jen Dunsizer, partner in the Vorys Columbus office, and Jacquie Abbott, partner in the Vorys Houston office, spoke at the ABA Midyear Tax Meeting in San Diego on February 10.  The meeting was for registrants to learn from and meet with the country's leading tax attorneys and government officials, discussing the latest federal, state and local tax policies.  

Jen joined the panel titled, "Employee Benefits Executive Compensation" and they discussed the changing landscape in executive compensation proxy disclosure. 

Jacquie joined the panel titled, "Employee Benefits Welfare Plans" and consisted of a review of recent legal developments and trends affecting employer-sponsored health and welfare plans and a discussion of the practical questions and issues faced by employer plan sponsors.
